I was working through the financing options for a hotel property, and I didn’t want to ‘google it’, rely on Ai, or hire an attorney to tell me what to do before knowing all my options. I wanted to hear from real professionals who’d done it, and the pros and cons of their decisions. I couldn’t find a reliable resource that focused on independent hotels from a hoteliers perspective. That’s the gap we’re building into. Independence doesn’t mean isolation.
